A Management Graduate and a successful entrepreneur with over 11 years of experience. Learning & gaining from each experience, Ravinder had a wide range of exposure from the Market Research, Tourism, Banking, IT, Fitness and Health care Industry. During his career, he has been associated with companies like A C Nelson, Kantar Group, Hansa Research, Mahindra Motors, TNS Global, IMRB Research, ABP News and as Managing Director of Yuva Infocare has made a significant mark by serving the Pharmaceuticals and Clinical Research Organisation.
At Yuva, Ravinder is the driving factor behind all the achieved milestone and his vision has been the driving factor in settings goals for the new horizon. His analytical thinking and Never say die attitude has helped Yuva to think out of the Box.

Executive Director - OperationsA result-oriented solution architect with years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in Pharmaceuticals, CROs, and E-Clinical Solutions. Jaimin has a proven track record in data modeling, advanced computing methodologies, and business leadership. Known for his strategic approach, he plays a crucial role in Yuva’s IT management, ensuring the functionality, security, and accessibility of computer resources, including networking, hardware, software, and data storage infrastructure. As Head of Operations, Jaimin is responsible for maintaining rigorous industry standards, auditing outputs, and analyzing data. His commercial awareness, planning, and leadership skills contribute to business growth and client satisfaction. Vinod Kumar Nair
Director – Marketing & Business ExcellenceAn Ex-Defense Personnel, has handled wide range of responsibilities related to Business Development, Customer services Management, Process Training and Outsourcing Business. Throughout his career of over 33 years, Vinod has been associated with Jobs and Projects in Paramilitary Forces, Health Industry, Telecom, IT & Retail industry. Has been associated with many globally-successful organizations such as Border Security Force, Special Protection Group, Nokia Siemens Network, Ericson, Honeywell, Bharti, ATOS, S Tel, TRI-X Security and ARS Bio Systems. He also has comprehensive exposure to the business development in the Health, Telecom and Power industry, both at strategy formulation as well as implementation level.
